💫 My Story: From Pain to Purpose
There was a time when I didn’t know who I was outside of what I’d been through.
I was a teenage mother.
A wife before I was ready.
A woman carrying the weight of everyone’s expectations while silently drowning in her own.
I lived most of my life in survival mode — high-functioning, but emotionally exhausted.
Smiling on the outside, but silently asking: Is there more than this?
And if there was… how do I even begin to find it?
I tried being perfect.
I tried shrinking.
I tried hustling for worth.
But it wasn’t until I allowed God to meet me in my brokenness that I began to heal.
And from that healing came a revelation:
My story wasn't over. It was being rewritten.
Not despite my pain, but because of it.
That’s where Now I Am was born —
Not from a highlight reel, but from a holy stretch.
From sitting in the mess long enough to let purpose rise from it.
